Abstract
- Abstract submission is required at the end of the registration process
- A seperate submission of the abstract is not possible

* During the event, photographs may be taken for documentation and public relations purposes. These images may be published on our website and on our social media channels. By participating in the event, you consent to the creation and use of such images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers.
Registration Fees
Reduced early registration fees will apply until April 30, 2026
- Standard participant 500 €
- (PhD) Student 350 €
- Accompanying person 150 €
Standard registration fees will apply from May 1 to May 31, 2026.
- Standard participant 600 €
- (PhD) Student 450 €
- Accompanying person 150 €
Apart from attendance of the scientific program, the registration fees include:
- Drinks and snacks at the welcome reception and the poster sessions
- All coffee breaks and lunches
- Excursion: mudflat walk in Schillig or city tour in Bremen
- Bus transport to the excursion (Schillig or Bremen)
Conference dinner (70 €) is not included in the registration fee and can be seperately purchased during the registration process.
Refund Policy
Participants who have submitted an application for an oral presentation may withdraw from the conference in the event that their proposal is not accepted. In such cases, the deadline for withdrawal is June 14, 2026 (23:59 GMT). Please note that refunds cannot be issued after this date.
We kindly ask for your understanding that participants who have not applied for an oral presentation are not eligible to withdraw from the conference.
Abstract
As time slots for oral contributions are limited, the final decision of oral and poster contributions will be made by the local organizing team
- Abstract templates can be downloaded as *docx or *odp files via the buttons below
- Abstracts should be saved as *pdf files and with the name specified in the template
- Abstracts must be uploaded as the final step of the registration process
- Deadline for registration with an abstract submission: May 31, 2026
- Decision on oral and poster contributions: June 7, 2026
- All abstracts will be published electronically and in a printed book of abstracts (DIN A5 format)

- Presentations needs to be provided as either *pptx or *pdf on the scheduled day
Poster presentations
- Posters should be printed in DIN A0 portrait format (width 84.1 cm; height 118.9 cm)
- Poster display boards (incl. pins) will be provided at the venue
